Manuscript Formatting

I used to wonder if good or great stories were passed over due to improper formatting. Now I feel like I know. Agents, editors and publishers can be persnickety people. In AA we would call them egomaniacs with inferiority complexes.

So, why not format properly and take one element someone could say no to off the table.
